Several high-level articles touch on the economics of serverless computing. Adzic et al. use a customer case study to look at the costs of serverless computing. Eivy et al. warn of hidden costs of serverless computing. There is also nascent work on building economic models of provider and customer incentives as well as utility-based pricing .
